Yoga
The connection between body and mind is something that has long been a common thread across cultures. A thread that doesn't always lead to clinical relationship. Our founder is a certified yoga instructor and we are exited to offer custom yoga classes. These classes are available one-on-one, for your team or group, or organizations looking to offer their staff and volunteers more wellness opportunities.
Yoga Fees and Pricing
Yoga sessions are 60 minutes in length
Pricing starts at $80 per session for one-on-one lessons ,$140 per session for two people, and $15 for each additional person up to 5 people

Brain Longevity® Specialist
Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation (ARPF) is on a mission to prevent Alzheimer's disease by providing funding research studies, providing professional trainings, educational outreach, and memory screenings. As part of this mission, ARPF training professionals who are passionate about preventing Alzheimer's diease to be advocates in the community.
Fees can be paid by credit or debit card. Please contact us to discuss the possibility of another form of payment.
