I am a Doctoral level Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Registered Dance/Movement Therapist (R-DMT), and Sport and Performance Consultant based in Douglas County, Colorado.

Current Work
Owner and founder of AbunDANCE Somatic Center, Dr. Bow specializes in mental health counseling licensed in Colorado, Arizona, and telehealth for Vermont, sport and performance coaching, and organizational consulting.
Dr. Bow has a faculty appointment as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Arizona Global Campus. She works internationally, providing sport and performance coaching to athletes from all backgrounds. Her work includes working with individual athletes and teams. Clinically, she is passionate about supporting clients to thrive and specializes in grief counseling. Dr. Bow enjoys consulting with organizations to help them develop strategic plans to support staff mental health.
Using creativity and writing, Dr. Bow enjoys contributing to building the body of literature in psychology and providing helpful resources to support people in their journeys. From a young age, Dr. Bow has always known she would devote her life to helping people. She does not see her private practice as a job but as a calling. It is an honor to journey alongside every person she is lucky enough to help.
Past work experience
A passionate, dedicated, and devoted professional. She has experience ranging from clinical to director-level work. Dr. Bow served as a co-director of WholeHeARTs Counseling Center, where she was honored to provide individual and group therapy while supervising practicum students and interns. During her time in the nonprofit sector, she held a Program Manager role at Freedom Service Dogs, managing their Pawsitive Connections program that serves at-risk and neurodiverse youth and supervising interns. Additionally, she served as Program Director for Second Wind Fund, playing a role in suicide prevention within Colorado.
In addition to her professional experience, she is a passionate volunteer. Volunteering with organizations such as the Veterans Administration, Alzheimer's Association, the Red Cross, National Jewish Health, Pedaling Minds, Special Olympics, and Mental Health of America, Dr. Bow has had the opportunity to work with caregivers, veterans, elders, at-risk youth, and people with a developmental disability. Her passion for people and their communities is always in her heart.
